# Knowledge you can check.

For people who need to trust what they read · Human page: https://quelvio.com/enterprise · Machine view: https://quelvio.com/ai/enterprise

Every answer quotes the facts it rests on: the sentence, who it came from, and when. When the sources disagree, you see both. When they say nothing, Quelvio says so.

## Answers that quote, and know when to stop.

Each line of an answer points to a fact, and each fact points to the sentence it came from. Open any one and read it in its document.

- **Answers that quote**: every line of an answer is a fact you can open, with its source sentence, owner and date.
- **“Not sure” is a real answer**: when the sources don’t settle the question, Quelvio declines and says so.
- **Both sides, when sources disagree**: you see each source and how it stands, instead of an average of the two.

## Nothing is overwritten silently.

A fact’s history stays with it, in time order: what was said earlier, by whom, and when.

## Everything known about one thing, in one place.

- **Topics**: pricing, a product, a process: every fact on it, with its sources and history.
- **Entities**: a customer, a team, a policy: everything the sources say about it.
- **Follow**: the topics and entities you care about surface first in your own search.

## You decide who sees what.

- **Repositories you control**: you decide what each repository holds and who can read it. Access is checked on every fact, for people and agents alike.
- **Your memory is yours**: what Quelvio remembers about your own use, your questions, preferences and follows, is seen by you alone, and yours to pause, export or erase.

## Questions and answers.

- **What does Quelvio do with a document?** It reads the document sentence by sentence and writes down what it establishes as facts. Each fact keeps the sentence it came from, who it belongs to, and when it was stated and holds from. Facts that agree or disagree are linked, and facts are grouped by topic and entity.
- **What happens when two sources disagree?** Both stay visible, with how each one stands: who said it, when, and whether it is a decision. An answer shows the disagreement instead of picking a side silently, and declines when the sources don’t settle the question.
- **Does Quelvio ever guess?** No. When no source settles a question, the answer says “not sure” instead of producing something plausible.
- **Can I see how an answer was built?** Yes. Every step is recorded, from the source sentence to the fact to the answer. Open the trace and replay it, including the reason for a decline.
- **Who can see what?** You decide what each repository holds and who can read it. Access is checked on every fact, for people and agents alike.
- **Where is my data stored?** The trust center sets out where documents, tokens and processing live. [Read the trust center](https://quelvio.com/trust)
- **How is Quelvio priced?** Plans and prices are on the pricing page. [See pricing](https://quelvio.com/pricing)
