Prepaid packs

Used after the month's allowance, valid for 12 months from purchase, and never billed after use. The bigger the pack, the less each page or run costs.

  • At the limit

    When the allowance and every pack are used up, new reading waits, with nothing lost, and resumes when a pack is bought or the month renews. Agents get a plain "plan limit reached" reply.

  • Alerts

    At 80% and at 100% of what's available.

  • Auto top-up

    Off by default; an owner turns it on. At 90% it buys the smallest pack in advance, so it's still prepaid.

How pages count

A page is 500 words of text read after cleanup, from any source. Only new or changed text counts, and unchanged content read again is free.

Your company picks which channels, mailboxes and folders are read. The usage page shows pages per source. The first import is each source's first complete read, and uploads during the 14-day trial count toward it.

What an agent run is

One call from an agent or a scheduled report, such as a Truth API or MCP call, that returns an answer, a memory, a rule check or source passages. Retries and errors don't count, and a brief sent to many recipients counts once. Listing sources and checking a citation are free, and people's questions are never metered.

    In your own Amazon Bedrock, Microsoft Azure AI Foundry or Google Cloud Vertex AI account.

    • You pay the model usage on your own cloud bill: an extra cost, billed by that provider.

Classification (Typesafe's Jev) and the search index always run through Quelvio, on both routes and inside the plan, so the page and run allowances stay the same.
