1. How it works. Hit your daily seat cap → buy a bundle (one-click, discount price) or enable PAYG fallback (metered, no commitment). Bundles roll over for 30 days. Enable auto-renew to never run out — bundles auto-purchase when usage hits 80%. Toggle off any time; remaining bundle still usable for 30 days.
2. Bill-shock protection. PAYG ships with a default $500/mo spend cap — configurable up to $10,000 self-serve, or higher via support. Customers stay in control.
3. Where you buy. Bundles and PAYG are managed in-product — one click from the daily-cap banner or in your team settings. The prices above are your reference catalog.
4. Free tier has no overage — hard block at cap preserves the upgrade signal.
What is a Knowledge Token?
Knowledge Tokens (kT, 1 kT = $0.000003) are the internal unit Quelvio uses to measure compute. You don't transact in kT — you pay in dollars per seat, per pack, per corpus tier. kT are shown alongside prices so you can see what each pack and cap is buying.
